Matthew is an excellent tutor who really knows his material. He is patient and understanding of my challenges. He explains in simple terms so that you can relate to the material. I will continue to use Matthew for the remaining of my Finance class as well as my future classes as I work towards my degree. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My issues were primarily in the language. I was making "translation" mistakes, and Matthew, who is a great tutor, was able to correct and explain without a problem my exercises. I highly recommend him. His explanation were better than the book. My homework total score went from 53% to 98%. Thank you very much Matthew.
- Perla D. from Albuquerque, NM

I am an adult college student, and Matthew helped me out with several of my classes. He was knowledgeable in both finance and economics and was easy to schedule a meeting with. He was very patient and was able to help me learn what I was struggling with in both subjects. I would definitely recommend him.
- Kelly T. from Greenville, SC
Matthew is a wonderful tutor. I wouldn't have passed my economics class if it weren't for him. He made my assignments easy to understand. I would highly suggest Matthew if you are looking for a tutor that is dedicated and patient. He worked with my schedule and was easy to reach. Matthew is an awesome guy; I am so thankful for all of his help.
- Sarah P. from Burbank, IL
Matthew is highly recommended. He took me step by step through my objectives for learning and covered all of my requests. I especially appreciated the way he relates examples to real world situations or analogies which I found increased my comprehension. I will be getting more lessons from Matthew in the future.
- Nick E. from Pompano Beach, FL
Matthew was very patient, he understood the material and did not mind explaining things to help me better understand the material when I asked. He gave me the opportunity to point out the things that I specifically needed help with instead of gestimating and making the session unproductive. I really appreciate the help and I learned a lot, in a short amount of time! Thanks for your service!

Mr. A. is super smart, almost so smart that he cannot not slow down to explain things. When I meet with Mr. A. I had already been at the library working on problems for an hour and half on my own, when I sat down to meet with him I wanted him to show me in my steps what I was doing wrong but instead he just took over my homework. Like, seriously he took a hold of my computer, my notebook, and calculator. I had to not give him my calculator back when he set it down so he knew I wanted to do the homework on my own. He flew thru the problems on how he would figure them out instead of what I was doing wrong. When I asked him to look at my steps to explain to me what I was doing wrong he had difficulty with this and just tried to explain to me how he figured it out. I understand that he understands the equations and can do it in his head but I have a step wise formula that I have to use to help me understand how to come to the answer. I can not just look at a equation like he can and come to the answer, I need a system. When I would tell Mr. A. that I need time to review the way he figured things out he would get up from the table and walk around. I felt belittled like I was wasting his time while I struggled to figure out how he did the equation. The time rolled around to a hour and I just told him in the middle of a problem "I'm done" he said " You have not finished this problem?" I said "I need time to review what we did today" basically I did not want him to do all my homework for me and me not understanding any of it so I just tried to think of a excuse so he could leave. When he left he was trying to set up another meeting but I just told him I would let him know, he gave me options on when we could meet again but I just told him that I would let him know. In short Mr. A. is great if you need someone to do your homework for you but not for teaching you how to do it. Just remember Mr. A. is not going to be sitting next to you when you are taking a test and if a teacher taught you a certain way to figure out the problem he expects you to do it his way. I have used WyzAnt on many occasions and never have really had a problem with any of the other tutors. I realize that Mr. A. has a good rating score but I was not impressed.

Great tutor! I got a C on one of my probability and statistics test and realized that I was in need of help from a tutor. I found Matthew and my very next test grade was 102! then my final test was a 98! My overall in Probability and Statistics ended with a 98.88%! He was great in helping me to put meaning to the problems so that I could relate and remember it. I still had to put in the effort of studying hard on my end but the Matthew was a huge help! I would recommend him to anyone!

Matthew is a very good tutor who has helped maintain or improve my daughter's grades and is determined to try to help her do better which we really appreciate. He went over and above in tutoring!
- Daksha D. from Clemson, SC
Matthew is a very nice person and I am sure he is a very good tutor. I did not, however, gain a lot of benefit from the session. It seemed a bit scattered and the focus was not always on the specific questions I had. I do not blame Matthew. I needed to understand how to solve the problems using the technology required by my university course. I needed to understand, for example, how to do the permutation or factorial problem that was presented and despite a convoluted discussion, I still have no idea how to approach the problem. I would see that Matthew would benefit a student who is perhaps taking statistics in a conventional classroom setting rather than an online course that has specific requirements to approaching the problems. I am sorry I was not a very good student to be tutored and take full responsibility for the outcome.
- Keren I. from Easley, SC
I simply cannot say enough great things about Matthew's tutoring skills and devotion to his students. He consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty if necessary. From talking to professors, to working very late in the evening, Matthew cares very much about the success of his students. He is a true professional.
